Kota Kinabalu: Chairman of Sabah State Reform Party (Star), Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan, will never become the Chief Minister of Sabah if Pakatan Rakyat de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim fails to ascend to the premiership.
